GETTING STARTED

Your first visit, made clearer.

A little preparation makes more room for the conversation that matters.

1. Check care fit and availability

We currently offer virtual care in Maryland. Use Tebra scheduling or call (301) 660-3095 to ask about an appointment. Confirm that the practice can serve your location and health needs, and ask about your specific insurance plan or self-pay options.

2. Complete requested intake through Tebra

Follow the intake instructions provided by the practice. Scheduling, clinical forms, records, and patient communications remain in Tebra. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health details through ordinary office email.

3. Gather what you want to discuss

  • Your main concerns, questions, and goals.
  • Current prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and supplements, including doses.
  • Relevant medical history and any records requested by the practice.
  • Insurance information, if you intend to use coverage.

4. Set up for a virtual visit

Choose a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. Follow the connection instructions supplied by the practice and allow time to check your device before your appointment.

If a suitable virtual appointment is offered online, select it. Otherwise, or if you are unsure which visit type to choose, call the office before booking.

During the conversation

Be ready to talk about your health history, daily routines, current concerns, and priorities. Your clinician will discuss the next steps appropriate to your situation.
