Preventive care
Preventive care visits focus on your health history, current concerns, and opportunities to support your ongoing health. Depending on your needs, the conversation may include:
- Appropriate lab testing and health screenings.
- Nutrition and dietary habits.
- Sleep, physical activity, and stress management.
- Practical lifestyle changes that fit your daily routine.
We discuss the purpose, limitations, and potential costs of recommended testing. Specialized testing may not be covered by insurance.
Chronic condition care
Our practice takes an individual approach to ongoing health concerns, combining medical care with attention to diet, lifestyle, and other relevant factors.
Areas of care include autoimmune and digestive concerns; hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS); diabetes, obesity, and hypertension; hormonal concerns; chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia; and allergies and asthma.
Please contact the office to discuss whether we can support your particular concern. This list does not guarantee that every condition can be managed through a virtual visit. Care may require in-person assessment, another specialist, or coordination with your existing clinicians.
Medication review
Medication review considers whether your prescriptions remain appropriate, effective, and aligned with your overall care plan. We also discuss supplements and over-the-counter products so they can be considered together.
Bring a current list, including doses, to your appointment. Medication changes are made as part of individualized clinical care; do not change a prescription based on website information.
